My fellowship project involved creating a tool for Community Legal Services (CLS) in Philadelphia that streamlined the process of assisting clients through the legal process of inheriting a house in Pennsylvania. The tool, which was intended to function like a "Turbo Tax" for inheritance tax, was designed to save time for CLS attorneys by automating the process of filling out forms, allowing them to focus more on working with their clients. I also analyzed data related to wholesale homebuyers in an effort to protect homeowners and reduce predatory practices in this area.
