Streamlining Your Digital Operations for Success and Growth

Empowering the Next Generation of Advocates for Equal Justice

The A2J Tech Fellowship Program provides paid, 10-week summer fellowships to 1L and 2L students who are using technology to design legal empowerment solutions. Fellows work full-time with embedded partner organizations, making meaningful contributions to the design and development of ethical and equity-driven innovation initiatives.

Host Site Placement

Law students apply their passion and legal skills to form innovative strategies and approaches, where they'll support projects that leverage technology to drive systemic changes in addressing critical legal issues while placed with one of our host legal partner organizations.

Innovative Curriculum

Fellows are embedded within host legal organizations nationwide. They tackle pressing challenges like improving service delivery, automating processes, designing client communication tools, and researching the implications of new technologies.

Leadership Development

We nurture a cohort of fellows, aiding them in developing a shared knowledge base and identity. frequent dialogues, training, and understanding, rooted in critical theory, authentic engagement, and reflective learning.

Stipend Support

As part of a diverse cohort of summer fellows, you'll receive a $7,000 stipend for service commitment. You'll be immersed in a dynamic environment, addressing critical legal issues through designing creative and equitable solutions through the use of technology.

Fellows receive mentorship vetted  This multifaceted guidance supports project execution, skill development, and long-term career growth in the space.

Collaborative Community

Fellows gain entrance to a vast network of professionals, alumni and thought leaders. This enhances their skills and creates opportunities for community building, continuous learning, and collaboration.
